Description
CARP RODS
Crisp Recovery. Confident Control.
The ‘E’-Class carp rods define the range—slim, responsive blanks crafted from high-quality Japanese carbons and tuned to deliver a crisp, balanced feel in the hand, with a progressive action that comes alive under load.
In the heart of the range sit the true multi-purpose workhorses—models like the 12’ 3.25lb and 12’ 3.50lb that cover an enormous spread of UK carp fishing. They’re accurate enough for clipped work, powerful enough for solid bags and bigger leads, and stable enough to stay consistent when you’re casting repeatedly. When you step up to demanding venues and big-water tactics, the 12’ SU and 13’ SU models are built to pick up and punch through the cast, stay stable at full compression, and recover cleanly so distance doesn’t come at the cost of control.
Low-diameter tips help the rod compress cleanly with less effort, smoothing out timing and making it easier to engage the blank properly, whether you’re feathering into the clip at medium range or stepping up into full-blooded distance work.
For 2026, the carp rods take on a sharper, more modern look and build, with updated carbon, a clean ‘E’-Class finish, 45° diagonal 1K weave, black fittings, and a matching Clone carbon seat with black hoods. Matt Black framed ‘S’-Lite Slim guides keep recovery crisp, while the overall aesthetic stays refined, understated, and purposeful. Despite the evolution in materials and appearance, they still carry the trusted ‘E’-Class badge—linking this new generation to a name anglers have relied on for years.
Choose the handle style that suits your fishing: the abbreviated build for a sleek, contemporary grip, or the full cork build for traditionalists who prefer that classic feel—both built to the same ‘E’-Class standard, both designed to match seamlessly in a set.
The 13’ SU is also available in an extended-handle option, with an additional 35mm from the butt cap to the back of the reel seat, ideal for anglers with longer arms or anyone wanting extra leverage when pushing very long range.

Guide & Handle
For the handle length this is measured from the end of the butt section without the cap to the back of the reel seat since this equates to the normal position for casting and playing fish.
