The ever popular ‘S’ Range Carp rods have arguably become classics and although they have been around for a number of years they still have a dedicated following.
Unlike many companies we take great pains to create the best rods we can before launch so don’t need to keep changing models unless something significantly better in material is developed. Since the more progressive action of these rods in still in demand this range will be kept available.
The blanks feature Low Resin Japanese Carbon in 36t with an attractive 3k weave going right to the tip. As standard they come with Clone reel seat in 3k and ‘S’-Lite guides with gun-smoke frame colour. The abbreviated handles are finished with a combination of EVA and shrink rubber butt grip with stainless steel collars and butt cap.
Amongst the most popular have been the 10’ rods in 2½ lb and 3lb, the latter being launched to suit fishing from boats or when using a boat to play and land carp. At the time of launch we believe we were the first company to offer dedicated carp rods in 10’ – which clearly set a new trend!

Blank and rod weights may vary slightly from those quoted. We use stainless steel collars and butt caps for durability which will add a little to the rod’s overall weight but being on the handle should not adversely affect its balance.
